royalragdollkittens@gmail.com. Failure to submit this requirement will result in the purchaser being invoiced for the

pedigree and is needed to register with TICA.
____ * Breeder guarantees the health of the above mentioned kitten for 5 days from the date of delivery. Buyer is to
have the kitten examined within 5 days by a licensed veterinarian. Failure to do so will result in this health agreement
being null and void. Buyer should be aware that rehoming can be stressful for kittens, causing them to display a
variety of symptoms, such as sneezing, watery eyes, diarrhea, and lack of appetite or constipation. This is
completely normal and usually of short duration.
____ * Buyer is responsible for all veterinary costs once he/she takes ownership of the kitten unless this kitten is
found to be ill within the above mentioned 5 day time frame. If this kitten is found to be ill health during this 5 day
period, the breeder will be responsible for all reasonable fees and medication.
____ * This kitten is guaranteed against genetic defects. If the cat dies an untimely death within the first 2 years of
ownership due to a genetic defect the breeder agrees to replace this kitten/cat with a kitten of equal value as at such
time as one becomes available. Buyer must provide proof from a licensed vet that the cause of death was due to a
genetic defect.
____ * Buyers agrees to provide this kitten with proper health care in the home and through veterinary well checks.
____ * Buyers agrees that if at any point in time they can no longer home the kitten/cat they will contact the Breeder
first as an option for rehoming.
____ * Buyer agrees to not DECLAW kitten/cat. All health guarantees are voided if the pet is declawed.
____ * Buyer agrees that this kitten/cat will only be Indoors and never be let outdoors.
____ * Buyer agrees not to permit this kitten/cat to be given FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) vaccination. Recent
reports show this vaccine is ineffective and may actually predispose your pet to the disease FIP is currently under
research and hopefully an effective vaccine and/or cure will develop soon.
____ * Buyer understands that Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) is a viral disease of cats caused by certain strains of
a virus called the feline coronavirus. The coronavirus is as common in cats as the common cold is in humans and
normally not dangerous at all. Cats infected with the coronavirus generally do not show any symptoms and resolves
itself just like the common cold. However, in a small percentage of cats infected with the coronavirus, either by
mutation or an anomaly of the immune response, the infection progresses into clinical FIP. Once a cat develops
clinical FIP the disease is progressive and can be  fatal. There is no definitive tool for detecting FIP in live cats
at this time and there is no cure (update cure has now been discovered and treatment is available and easily accessible .Because the coronavirus is so prevalent in domestic cats it is impossible to

guarantee against it of FIP. However, as a courtesy, the breeder will cover your new kitten for 6 months from the date
of delivery, against death due to FIP if the diagnosis is confirmed by a licensed vet by necropsy or written statement
that the cat exhibited all signs and symptoms of a death due to FIP and in this unfortunate event the breeder agrees to
replace this cat/kitten with a kitten of equal value at such time as one becomes available.
