All Tica and CFA kittens are born with cream or white colored coats with darker points that develope as they age. They have bright blue eyes  which can be difficult to see in photos, but we are located in Tamarac,  Florida for those who would like to see the kittens in person .. We accept a deposit for first pick of litter  which allows the buyer to decide which they would like to take home from an early age.Kittens are able to go home at 10 weeks ( this age can vary based on weight and behavior) and will come with a state certified Veterinary exam, which includes vaccine and bloodwork tests, and free from all parasites and worms.

All of the kittens come from parents who have been screened for PKD1 and confirmed negative. They have multiple grand champion bloodlines and all adult cats in my home have been genetically  tested and are negative for HCM (this is extremely important as a double  positive HCM kitten will usually have a life span of only 1 to 3 years )
